Instant Viewing Stations

Instant Viewing Stations

We provide multiple computers for you to view your images after pictures are taken (located in a separate room at the dance studio). There will be staff on hand to help you with any questions as you are deciding on what images you would like to purchase. The great thing about being able to see your pictures instantly is if you are not satisfied we give the option for retakes.

You are NOT required to order but if you do decide you want to purchase, it MUST be on portrait day – No other options (ie: online ordering)

Packages

We offer both print and digital image options. Prints are priced by units $25 each (with 1 pose or image per unit). ***Special – Buy 3 units get 1 FREE

Digital images are priced per outfit not per image. We photograph anywhere from 5–7 images per outfit. If you choose that option you get all the images. 1st outfit is $75 then each additional outfit is $35.

If any of this sounds confusing….. Don't worry. This will all make sense after you take your pictures (which is free / no sitting fee) and you are viewing your images with our sales staff.

The most popular option are the digital images because this will allow you to print as many pictures as you want or post on social media.

"Aaron is so great with the kids. He is very patient and knows how to bring out the best smile in everyone. I'm just amazed he has been photographing dance portraits for over 20 years. So much experience."

Frequently
Asked
Questions

Can we take our own pictures?

You can take as many pictures as you want, yourself. BUT…… only in the lobby. NO camera phones or pictures taken while the photographer is taking pictures.

Do we have to order on portrait day?

Yes!!!! No exceptions, All orders MUST be placed on portrait day. All decision makers need to be present. If you choose to not take your child to portrait day yourself and send a grandparent or nanny – they need to order for you.

Can we order pictures online?

Nope – we do not provide online ordering options. However we do provide computers on portrait day for you to view and order the same day. Because we DO NOT charge a sitting fee and its free to take pictures you must decide if you want pictures that day.

How many outfits can be photographed?

We recommend max 3 outfits. You can be photographed in as little as 1 outfit. Changing of the shoes is considered a new outfit even though you may not be physically changing the costume.

What if we are not satisfied with the pictures?

We want to make sure if you show up for portraits you leave happy. That is why we have viewing stations. If you are not satisfied please let us know and we can photograph the poses again. **** Note if you elect for retakes the previous images take are replaced with the new ones taken.

Why is changing the shoes considered another outfit?

When you change the shoes from ballet to tap or to jazz, it changes the type of poses we do. So changing of shoes permits us to photograph another 5–7 poses – which takes more time and is more images.
